You'll need:
1/4 c wheat grass
1 Apple
1 c coconut juice
1 c raspberries
2 frozen bananas
Chia seeds
Lemon oil
Grapefruit oil
Water as necessary.
To start, you're going to put your coconut water and wheat grass in the blender. Grass is hard to blend so you're going to extract as much of the Juices and possible. Once your mix looks green you're going to strain out the tattered strands of wheat grass and return liquid to the blender.
Add peeled Apple and blend. This will juice the apple, leave the fibers in tact and give the smoothie a great flavor.
