Coconut sugar glazed pork chops

Even though it feels like I'm constantly baking, we also sometimes eat real food. Sometimes.

The other day the farmers market had pork chops on sale. I've never spent a lot of time making pork chops but this recipe was healthy and husband approved.

You'll need:
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 pork chops (bone in or out)
1/2 c coconut sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 425.
Line cookie sheet with tinfoil and set aside.
Mix sugar and spices in a bowl and then rub thoroughly on each side of the pork chops.
Add olive oil to pan and heat until almost boiling.
Add pork chops and cook 7 minutes on each side.

Once each pork chop is cooked, put them all on the lined cookie sheet in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the center of the pork chop is white and no pink is visible.
Side with some Parmesan asparagus and enjoy!
