ermergerd!! "pernert berter" cerps!! ("peanut butter" cups)

(i just posted this under the recipes tab...but it doesn't count as an actual post to post it under a page? am i stupid? i don't know. from now on stories and recipes will be found here! :) )

can you say mega sweet tooth today? ah! i could! good thing i got rid of all of my christmas candy weeks ago!! luckily for me, i found the BEST paleo website and i got a mixin'! (didn't even have to turn my oven on!) the recipe i chose---there were many tempting ones---was a remix of a peanut butter cup. :)
now, technically on paleo you are still allowed dark chocolate as long as its 70% cocoa...BUT ima little weird and don't even like to do that because there is still sugar!!! me no like sugar! or at least my health doesn't! so, i substituted the cocoa chips in this recipe with my own homemade dark chocolate. "don't believe me? ask the dishes!!" (VERY weak disney moment...my sincerest apologies.)
here we go:

ingredients for chocolate:
4 T cocoa powder
2 T coconut oil (melted)
1 t vanilla
4 T agave nectar (you can use less if you want a harder chocolate...but your chocolate WILL be bitter)

ingredients for filling:
1/4 C RAW almond butter
1 1/2 T coconut oil (melted)
1/4 t salt (optional)
1 t vanilla
1 t honey

im going to try and make this as simple as possible. two different bowls. in bowl one...add ALL of the chocolate ingredients and mix thoroughly. in bowl two...add all of the filling ingredients together and mix thoroughly. line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners cover the bottom of the liners with a layer of chocolate...then a layer of filling. repeat until each mixture is gone and freeze for AT LEAST a half hour!!

then enjoy! i have a feeling these won't disappoint! expecially the homemade chocolate! i was MOST excited about that!! feel free to comment and tell me how you liked them!!

happy healthy cooking!!
