Pumpkin eggnog oatmeal

I've discovered the perfect plural marriage.

It's the marriage of: holiday treat, healthy, delicious and convenient. And I only had to dirty one bowl!

I HATE oatmeal. I think it's nasty and the texture sucks something fierce.

However, it stimulates milk supply and since my little is a chunk, I need all the milk I can get! So, I digress and I eat it.

I was wandering sprouts last night and I stumbled upon a pumpkin spice oatmeal!  I know instant oatmeal isn't the best and healthiest but it tastes better to me...AND, this instant oatmeal had VERY. Few ingredients and no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
I decided to eat some for lunch today. I cooked it like the box recommended. After it was cooked it looked very pasty...which is why I hate oatmeal; It needs 6 gallons of water just to get it down!

So, I went to put some milk in it when I spotted my coconut eggnog.

Boom.

The first marriage was born.

I took one bite, set down the bowl and ran for my camera. It was time for a food photoshoot. I knew I had to share!

And the best part is, you don't need further instructions! That's it! This is where the convenience part of the marriage came in.

Now, if you don't have a local sprouts, I'm sorry. But you can probably make regular oatmeal and just add coconut sugar and pumpkin pie spice and it will be close to the same thing. You should be able to buy the coconut nog anywhere.

Now, since detailed instructions weren't necessary, I'm here to give you the wedding pictures. And since this concoction was more delicious than Channing Tatum, I'm naming the wedding album: "food porn"

Enjoy!

Single and alone is okay...
But together is so much better!
Mmmm baby.
Devour!!
